We want to make sure that you are completely happy with your order. Returns will be accepted for all items that are in new condition with unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase. This policy only applies to items that are purchased through our website. If you would like to initiate a return due to an usability issue, please take a quick look at our instruction videos as they tend to resolve majority of the issues. To return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number and reason for return.
If you purchased your items from a retail store and would like to return or exchange, please contact the store directly. Items purchased through an authorized retailer will be subject to their return policy. que Factory will not be able to provide refunds for items purchased through a retailer, though replacements may be provided under special circumstances. International orders are only eligible for replacements by the retailer and subject to their policies
If you need to make an exchange, your items must be in new condition with unopened packaging within 7 days of purchase. To exchange, please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for exchange. You will cover the return shipping and handling cost, and we will cover the exchange item shipping.
Warranty & Replacement
We proudly offer a 90-Day warranty for manufacturer defects on bottles purchased through our website. Please note that general wear and tear, including scratches, dings and other marks are not covered. Manufacturer defects include but are not limited to: micro leaks, blemishes, and structural imperfections sustained before initial use.
If your bottle breaks due to a manufacturing defect within the first 90 days of purchase, you are eligible for a replacement! For replacements, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a photo of the issue, and let us know how it occurred.

We understand accidents happen. If you have damaged your bottle within 60 days of purchase, please email email@example.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged part and let us know how it was damaged. After you send us the damaged bottle, we will send you a new one. You cover shipping and handling fees and we’ll cover the replacement. Limited to one bottle per customer.
