We want to make sure you are happy with your que Bottle. If for some reason you’re not completely satisfied with your que Bottle, you can return it in *unused and new condition* with the original packaging within 30 days of your original purchase, and we will issue you a full refund. To return, please email with your original order number in the subject line.



We understand accidents happen. If you’ve damaged your que Bottle within 60 days of purchase, please email with a photo of the damaged part and let us how it was damaged. After you send us the damaged bottle, we will send you a new one. You cover shipping and handling fees and we’ll cover the replacement. Limited to one que Bottle per customer.



If you think you’ve received a manufacturer defect, please email us within 30 days of your original purchase and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. We will make sure your replacement is all good!
