RETURNS & REFUNDS.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange unused items in original packaging within 30 days of your original purchase. We cannot accept returns of personalized items. COD shipments and products returned without a return authorization will be refused.
To return or exchange, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to email@example.com. Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used bottles.
For your security, we recommend insuring packages against loss and retaining the tracking number. que Factory is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Returns will be processed within four (4) business days upon receipt. Once we’ve inspected your return and determined it to be in its original, unused condition and within the allowed return and shipping period, we’ll issue your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 3 business days for credit to be posted to your account. Original shipping fees are not refundable and we can not reimburse the cost of return shipping.
que Factory will cover the shipping fees for the return of an item presenting a quality issue.
